We work hard to process and dispatch all orders promptly. However, all purchases are subject to product availability.

If an item you order is temporarily out of stock, our team may contact you to offer an alternative product with a similar style, design, color, or value within the same price range.

  • Zayora is not responsible for delivery delays caused by product unavailability or courier service issues.
  • To avoid delays, kindly respond promptly to any order confirmation or verification messages from our team.
  • If we do not receive a timely response, your order may be canceled without prior notice.
  • Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

Payment Information

We provide secure and convenient payment methods for all customers.

1. Online Payments

Customers may pay securely through the online payment options available on our website, including major debit and credit cards, bank transfers, or digital payment methods where applicable.

2. International Orders

All international orders require full advance payment before the order is processed and shipped.

3. Domestic Orders (Within Pakistan)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to PKR 60,000.

For orders exceeding this amount, a partial advance payment may be required to confirm the order.

4. Customized or Special Orders

Any customized, personalized, bundle-based, or specially arranged products may require 100% advance payment before processing begins.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment status.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
