Returns & Exchanges Policy – Zayora

At Zayora, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in offering high-quality Home Living and Beauty products, and we hope you love every purchase. However, if something isn’t right, we are here to assist you with returns and exchanges.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened (for beauty products where applicable), and in their original condition with all original packaging, labels, and tags attached.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty or personal care items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned back to the customer.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for the request
  • For exchanges: the desired replacement item, color, size, or variation (subject to availability)

3. Return Process & Shipping

Once your request is approved, our team will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
  • If Zayora shipped the wrong product or a damaged item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Important Notice

Please record a clear unboxing video while opening your parcel.

This video helps us verify claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items and allows us to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used beauty products
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase
